Is there a cancellation policy?
If you have to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, it must be done 24 hours before your scheduled booking. If not, we reserve the right to charge a 30% late-cancellation fee.

If you’re not satisfied with our cleaning, let us know within 48 hours so we’ll be back and make it right. Simple as that!
