Don’t worry! We’ll determine if our cleaners will need to work harder on your home. If you do have excessive dust and dirt, we’ll just add an extra $75 duty fee on top of your deep cleaning booking. We recommend factoring this fee into your cleaning budget beforehand.
Will my pets be an issue?
We have experience cleaning homes with pets, so there’s no issue! However, we charge for cleaning pet hair, stains, and spots. We even prevent allergies by changing vacuum filters. Let us know beforehand by choosing the pet add-on while booking online with us!
Is there something you can't clean?
For safety reasons, we cannot cover:
- Cleaning of paint stains
- Cleaning of chandeliers
- Wet wiping of light bulbs
- Cleaning of biohazards (mold, etc)
- Re-cleans after another unaffiliated service
- Hoarding
- Moving heavy furniture over 50lbs
- Cleaning animal waste/litter/insects
